INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS
We provided a mobile medical van to serve the rural areas of Caborca, Mexico. Members of the club travel to Caborca each year to assist in the polio vaccination effort.
OPERATION GLADNESS
We partner with Rancho Los Amigos Hospital to provide an outing to venues such as Disneyland and the Aquarium of the Pacific for youth patients.
RYLA
Rotary Youth Leadership Awards is a weekend retreat for selected high school juniors encouraging them to build leadership skills.
RIO HONDO SYMPHONY CHILDREN'S CONCERT
The Symphony Association also provides in-school programs introducing students to orchestral music and instruments.
HEALTH OUTREACH
We collaborate with PIH Health, the Los Nietos School District and the Hispanic Outreach Taskforce to provide vaccinations.
BATTLE OF THE BANDS
Bands from each of the high schools “compete” and collaborate in making music before family, friends and the community.

Rotarians have long been making substantial and lasting contributions to their communities and to the world. To a large extent, Rotary’s reputation is built on the projects undertaken by Rotarians.
